The western part of South Tyrol is very sunny and ideal for trips along the canals. In Autumn we recommend a walk along the "Schenner Waalweg".
The starting point is the Café Ifinger over the school in Scena. Here turn right and crossing the street “Ifinger” you will arrive at the funicular Taser. From here follow the path "Waalweg", right towards the south to the romantic "ladder of cats" and continue to the farm Brunjaunhof. With a magnificent view the "Schenner Waalweg" goes above St. Georgen and returns to Schenna.
